To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自助晚餐抵食好味

今次係住宿連自助晚餐package，兩人入座都有四人位坐，坐得寬敞之餘比較舒適～食物種類都幾多，首先去咗拎海鮮凍盤，有得任拎波士頓龍蝦，有膏之餘肉質都幾爽彈，我鍾意食蝦，好新鮮，仲有大大隻嘅東風螺，長腳蟹～～～刺身方面選擇就比較少，三文魚尚算肥美～熟食方面都唔錯，炒蟹、仲有呢個天氣好啱食嘅羊腩煲，煲得夠林又入味，少食多滋味～仲有每人一隻限定嘅芝士蒸波士頓龍蝦，呢隻更新鮮，肉質嫩滑，正！跟住有鵝肝蘋果蓉餅，塗咗酸酸甜甜嘅蘋果蓉，可以化解鵝肝嘅油膩，忍唔住食多兩件！甜品方面有雞蛋仔、葡撻、豆腐花、桂花糕、楊枝甘露，仲有Movenpick雪糕任食～～有橙汁任飲！
