To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚大概加埋一六百幾一位，食物種類都算豐富。凍海鮮方面有蟹腳龍蝦麵包蟹，都算齊全，生蠔都幾鮮甜不過美中不足蟹腳比較鹹，龍蝦食落都一般般，同埋凍海鮮唔係自己夾嘅係排隊有人分俾你，本人比較怕羞，唔夠膽叫個姐姐俾多啲所以排咗幾次隊值得大贊嘅係，中式熟食做得相當唔錯，多寶魚肉質鮮美滑嫩，片皮鴨都幾好食（不過片皮鴨上菜時會響鐘，都幾多人搶，所以要留心）炸物天婦羅味道好好其他食物例如牛扒就麻麻哋，個人不太建議以上都係個人口味，想的話都可以嘗試
