今晚我們去咗旺角朗豪坊嘅「Mr.Steak牛扒先生」食晚飯!我們叫咗Buffet Dinner Set:炭烤美國特級黑安格斯穀飼肉眼牛扒非常薄身,而且我們要求係7成熟,但煎出嚟係9成熟,令到肉質比較「嚡」!澳洲特選穀飼T骨牛扒亦都係我們要7成熟,但呢塊煎出嚟係10成全熟,而且煎到有啲燶,令到味道比較苦澀同肉質相當「嚡」!諗唔到牛扒先生係以牛扒出名,但今日嘅出品同控制牛扒熟嘅程度,真係令我們覺得好失望!但可以幫到他們挽回啲啲分數嘅係鴨巴甸400日穀飼牛扒,呢塊就可以煎到7成熟,肉質非常軟滑腍身,肉味相當香濃!而自助沙律吧嘅所有出品都幾好,特別係蝦,肉質超鮮甜彈牙!煙三文魚蛋皮卷軟熟嘅蛋皮卷包著香滑嘅煙三文魚,真係幾好味!而甜品方面,喺眾多款甜品之中,本人最鍾意嘅係奶油卷蛋,因為味道唔會好甜同質感相當香滑軟熟!
