之前有一段時間好興石燒牛,都開咗好多新嘅石燒牛店,但試過幾間質素都一般,今日試呢間個人覺得幾唔錯,介紹俾大家🤓▫️鵝肝配厚切美國平鐵牛扒 ($198 跟餐+$38)跟餐加$38可以加配意粉/沙律/薯條、湯、飲品同甜品,意粉係普通茄汁意粉,味道有啲淡唔太入味,建議大家可以揀返沙律或者薯條。牛扒中間有條厚筋,避開嚟食就唔會驚韌咬唔開,口感豐富肉質爽口🤪鵝肝大大塊,用石板煎到外脆內軟,好香口!▫️安格斯牛柳配黑松露牛油 ($198 跟餐+$58)因為我係酥皮湯嘅超級fans,所以就加咗$58升級酥皮湯同特大杯裝飲品😆今日嘅餐湯係忌廉湯,酥皮薄脆鬆化不過就冇咩牛油香,而飲品叫咗雜果賓治,真係超級大杯!同普通size嗰杯相比好似胖虎同大雄咁🤣飲落個味有啲似IKEA嗰隻紅桑子汽水,唔太甜幾好飲。牛柳肉質嫩滑,配埋黑松露牛油令牛肉增添咗一陣香味,可惜我哋掛住傾偈所以煎熟咗啲🥹不過口感仍然柔軟唔會韌🧏🏻‍♀️店內職員服務都好好,見到我哋掛住傾偈會過嚟幫我哋反面同埋調味,又提我哋夾起先唔好煮到咁熟,好貼心🫶🏻
