開番晚市堂食即卡約朋友食飯,石燒牛係好想食既一道菜,今次朋友黎到旺角既牛極,佢係用自助售票既方式落單,有牛唔同既部位同埋份量揀,白飯,沙律菜同湯就係自助形式。我地兩個各自揀左最細既牛柳同牛肩排,但都有 180g 去到自助區揀埋醬料,佢既自家製燒肉汁加上蒜蓉係絕配,好香日式牛肉湯,幾驚喜,入面都真係有牛肉,似羅宋湯咁亦好清甜。沙律菜加上胡麻醬,好開胃岩岩上既牛肉係一成熟,慢慢燒到自己中意既熟度就可以,如果燒太耐石板唔夠熱,可以叫店員換石板,第一下切完會比較生同見血,個人覺得燒到石板降溫既時候生熟度就岩岩好,側邊仲有調味料可以自行調製牛肩排肉質好厚實,牛味好香,除左筋部整體都唔會過韌,唔錯牛柳就比較軟身,食落去有入口即融既感覺,肉質好嫩滑環境都幾寬敞,抽風系統唔錯,咁多人燒緊都唔會覺得焗。另外避免燒肉時被濺到,仲有圍裙比客人用,幾貼心

牛肩排肉質好厚實,牛味好香,除左筋部整體都唔會過韌,唔錯

牛柳就比較軟身,食落去有入口即融既感覺,肉質好嫩滑
