To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

機場嘅呢間酒店自助餐係我食自助餐嘅不二之選！全因爲呢間酒店位於機場，唔算太繁忙，而且人又不算多，唔似一般去食自助餐咁，下下好似要同人搶先有得食咁....環境寬敞舒適不在話下，野食質素都有返咁上下！刺身：去食自助餐一般較少有原隻蝦的刺身，而且仲要好味又有龍蝦同生蠔鵝肝多士：雖然塊多士淋淋地，但塊鵝肝是脆的，所以淨係食塊鵝肝都係好食！食物款式多之餘，甜品選擇亦有很多！喜歡食甜品的朋友記得一定要留肚呀！
