To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自動飛船壽司

由於過年的關係，近來食太多盆菜，一聽到就怕怕，實在太重口味，所以見議媽咪食清一點，於是決定食壽司，荃灣廣場果間有D特別就是用自動機送來食品，幾有趣！我隔離坐的小朋友積極地把食物從運輸帶「飛船」一碟碟放下，他真的好開心，又有得玩又有得食，這個噱頭唔錯！店內的壽司仍保持水準，例如我喜歡的海鹽帆立貝，炙燒黑椒三文魚等等，但有些款式未試過，可能有段時間沒來今次就試試喇！我每次一定會order 三文魚湯，好底食只是$22，唔知是否過年講意頭居然今次有魚尾，是寓意有頭有尾！辛辣蔥吞拿魚，我第一次食須然有好濃郁的吞拿魚味但略謙無口感。極上甜香卷，有很多甜蝦以及蟹籽，非常滿意！
