To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺香港仔市政大樓嘅運動場入面，隱藏著一間社企餐廳，自在軒。呢度嘅環境尚算清幽，位置都好闊落， 係一個唔錯嘅悠閒地點，畀你休息一下唞一唞。黑椒豬脾意粉顏色: 意粉面上落咗小小香草， 左邊豬脾右邊香草意粉香味: 有少少牛油同香草嘅淡淡味道味道: 豬脾份量都非常之大， 成隻豬脾韌中帶軟，軟中又帶點軔， 由於佢嘅外皮有點軔所以切起上嚟並唔容易， 食落去有少少爽口但未至於咬唔入， 可以食得出有少少骨膠原， 香草意粉食得清少少牛油味， 唔會太過林。成個午餐只係需要48蚊，仲有湯有凍飲，都好抵食，支持社企。
