灣仔有間食fine dine嘅餐廳竟然有得食Dry aged熟成牛扒,仲要係In house製作😍 想試好耐嘅🍔終於忍唔住揾左日夜晚決定豪食一番~ 一到餐廳門口已經見到放熟成牛嘅櫃,有哂擺返日子同部位名等等,非常專業🌟 -4 course menu ($580+10% service charge) 生蠔分別來自唔同地方,美國個隻就圓潤啲,入口好creamy! 另外個隻就重海水味重,食落爽口😌黑松露吐司烘得夠哂脆口,但略為over左少少,邊沿位置有啲苦味🙈 黑松露非常香,配埋芝士一流🧀每日精選煮蜆嘅味道好特別,醬汁加左香茅落去,但略鹹左啲。蜆就幾大隻同好新鮮,幾推薦👍🏻主菜: Prime CAB striploin in house dry aged 30 days🥩 將牛扒放係陳列在玻璃櫃裏面係set好嘅温度下熟化。食落嘅肉味真係會比一般嘅牛扒牛味更濃郁,肉質都比較嫩口😋 比貴啲都值!旁邊嘅配菜抄得比夠中式,有孜然粉嘅味道,稍為濃味左啲,搶左少少味。香煎三文魚🐟 味道上就冇乜驚喜,比較單調左啲🤭甜品:推介白朱古力奶凍💕 上面嘅忌廉有淡淡嘅椰子味,下層嘅奶凍唔會過甜,配埋雜莓醬,一個唔
