近年來在下甚少親自下廚,不過要在下煮食,實在是有點難度,畢竟都揼低煮食工具,都有一段頗長時間,但是今天卻又慶起,想煮一個菜式,就到網購商店 Secret Ingredient 訂購食材,由切,醃製,洗都已預好,只要在家中按步就班,就可一顥身手。今次的食材,有意式煎火雞火腿卷,配南瓜蓉,鼠尾草牛油汁,蕃茄羅勒沙律及阿根廷芹香醬等食材,當一切準備好係,就可以做一個沙律吧。先用溫水煮南瓜,然後以大火再煮。然而就把火雞火腿卷放在煎 pan 煎煮十分鐘,並反轉的煎,煎好後待用。然後就是把沙律菜放在一個盆內,加上醬料並加以攪拌,再返回煎 pan把牛油和香草煮約一分鐘,放入火雞火腿卷再焗即可。雖然這個成品並不太個美,可是以在下今勻下廚,賣相有所久缺,不過在下很享受當中下廚的經驗,家人食用過後都讚美味呢!然而這一份量是供應二人食量,可是當在下於細分之下,卻能足夠四人份量,咱們都得津津有味。
