To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次寫食評就要鬧人. 訂左12位, 6:30準時去到, 一坐低即刻落單叫餐. 7:40仲有兩個菜都未上, 個黑面神女侍應已走埋黎話: 我地d菜仲未上晒, 不過下一輪既客已經黎左仲等左好耐, 可唔可以上左甜品先? o下? 十幾個人食飯, 食左1個鐘10分鐘已經比人趕埋單, 都算破盡我自己既記錄. 下一輪早到左關我X事? 定係你亂咁應承人話7:30有台? 再講, 又唔係我食完仲左住你張台, 根本係你自己上菜上唔切, book台book得咁密仲乜? 先唔好講話訂位既時候根本冇提過8點要還台, 就係當你有, 駛唔駛早咁多已經要趕人埋單?結果8點正佢地至上晒主菜, 叫佢上埋甜品, 8:15至有. 即刻叫埋單, 又等左15分鍾至簽到卡. 佢地自己做野慢又要趕客, 真係食到一肚氣, 今時今日咁既服務態度, 我真係接受唔到囉.野食普通過唔普通, 唔算差, 不過都唔駛旨意下次再幫襯.
