前幾晚去了整廣島燒,玩得又食得,頗有趣呢!🤗先來桃味骨膠原燒酌鮮橙梳打水特飲,原來橙汁是要自己動手榨的!💪🏻擰了一大輪才有這些橙汁倒落骨膠原特飲。😆叫了個升級版雜錦廣島燒,材料也挺豐富,開工!廣島燒是一層一層的,首先是餅皮,加上酸姜和蔥花;再加椰菜絲和煙肉,海鮮在旁邊炒熟再放上去,然後再加一層餅漿,再反轉。麵也在旁邊先炒熟再放上去,然後煎隻蛋放上去,放上醬汁、紫菜碎和魚干就大功告成!自己落手落腳做的當然是特別美味!😋甜品軟芝士厚燒pancake也是自己整的 。這個比較簡單,只需要把全部麵糊倒在鐵板上,煎焗2分鐘後反轉煎焗兩分鐘,再反轉一次煎焗多2分鐘就完成,之後加上忌廉和水果就可以吃了!👏🏻就這樣過了愉快的一晚!😌
