🍰 今日同大家分享一個好好味嘅蛋糕😋 呢個「爵士烏龍蛋糕」唔會好甜,唔同嘅材料balance得好好。首先第一啖食落去就已經感受到濃濃嘅烏龍茶味,之後會有少少嘅花生醬跳出嚟🥜,因為成個蛋糕都會有whipped cream包住,令到花生醬味恰到好處,唔會搶fo;三層嘅海棉蛋糕好鬆軟,唔會焗到乾晒。外觀方面,睇到相都知好打卡able,蛋糕面blend左竹炭cream做返少少texturing,而入面既💵其實係由糯米紙整成,所以係100%食得😆.雖然我唔係成日整甜品,但係呢度整嘅成功率會大大增加,因為所有steps都好清晰,材料比例分好哂只要跟住磅重就可以啦,難處理嘅材料呢度都會預先準備好。而有咩問題都可以隨時搵幫手。.呢個蛋糕我整咗兩個半鐘,足夠spend一個周末嘅下午。所以highly suggest大家嚟玩下🤡 而家12月仲有聖誕限定蛋糕可以揀🎄,自己整會好有🈵足感喔~

雖然我唔係成日整甜品,但係呢度整嘅成功率會大大增加,因為所有steps都好清晰,材料比例分好哂只要跟住磅重就可以啦,難處理嘅材料呢度都會預先準備好。而有咩問題都可以隨時搵幫手。
