呢間有得自己煮嘅大阪燒店開咗嚟香港,點都要帶爸媽嚟玩一次!之前開張過咗一排試過打去book位食夜晚,已經話book到幾個月後先有位😱今次長假期想嚟食,一於試吓午市一開舖就去排,睇下食唔食到!公眾假期開11:30,心諗放長期應該唔多人肯咁早起身去食飯,我地11:30準時到達,見到已經好多人排緊隊等食第一輪😱攞咗14號飛,但眼見全間餐廳得十幾張枱,餐廳要求90分鐘交枱,以為要等個半鐘食第二輪,好彩等咗一陣最後有叫我地入座。Order咗兩個大阪燒(道頓崛特選御好燒&富士山),一個有麵,一個多肉,除咗大阪燒,仲有烤肉,我地再試埋上級牛肋肉同牛舌,烤肉ok,個人覺得牛舌醃得好味d。等咗好耐,今餐嘅主角嚟啦🤗!每張枱附有說明書教客人跟住步驟煮,亦有QR code可以上網睇示範短片,我阿爸阿媽成餐飯就係成日睇張説明書驚唔識整😂!跟足步驟結果都算容易,第一個餅整得比較大,當要反轉個餅煎嘅時候,鑊鏟唔係大,所以有難度,好易爛😅。第二個有經驗,將材料整個細d厚d嘅餅就易少少反轉啦!實在太好玩啦,完成後可隨意加醬汁、沙律醬、鰹魚粉同海苔粉,味道亦真係好好味😋!最後再加個厚身pancake做甜品,食落好似蛋餅

呢餐兩老玩得好開心,但其實90分鐘呢個時限,我覺得一枱四個人時間好趕急,第一次嚟幫襯,坐低睇完餐牌揀得嘢食嚟,再研究吓點煮,今次我哋揀嘅大阪燒每個要煮起碼15分鐘(pancake就快少少),再要時間食,心諗如果四個人各order一個餅煮,可能已經過咗時限啦,不過我明白呢間餐廳真係好多人幫襯,因為食緊嘅途中已見好多人喺出面等緊位😜

食物好味又好玩,家人臨走已經講定要第日嚟食夜晚😆
