Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我這篇不是食評。因為無食野就走人。星期五晚上放工搵飯食, 同老婆9點幾入到奧海城添好運, 7 成客滿。阿經理安排我倆坐61號枱,張枱係加枱,卡位旁邊路口加張方枱加兩張櫈個種,我倆無所謂,拿拿淋食飽就走既人。坐唔夠一分鐘,點心都未ORDER,阿姐就掉低碟酥皮叉燒包。我叫住阿姐話唔係我叫架,阿姐就堅持呢張係61號枱,最後阿經理過黎叫阿姐攞碟包去向65號枱阿姐先肯走。唔夠兩分鐘,另一個姐又掉低碟煎釀尖椒。又堅持呢張係61號枱。老婆擔心埋單時唔知會計多幾多碟點心,所以想換枱坐。阿經理堅持其他空枱唔可以俾我地坐,一定要坐61號枱。OKAY, 走得!上黎OpenRice見到Ying11128既遭遇,相信阿經理一D都唔志在,我諗日中佢都唔知趕幾多客走。Ying11128. 我都係第一次寫,但我這篇不是食評。哈哈哈!
