To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 依家嘅飲食世界中,搵到款款精彩嘅美食實屬不易!今次啦,搵到間餐廳,真係搞到我開心到唔掂鈴🔔!來講下呢啲靚料理,佢地真係用心做到每一樣嘢!首先,南瓜湯滑到不得了,入口即化,又唔會膩口,搞到人一啖接一啖🥄。炸薯條紮實,嗰啲黑松露蛋黃醬就淋咗啲神秘魔力咁,攪亂我嘅味蕾,完美!嚟到啲炸蜜糖單骨雞翼,啖啖肉,外皮炸到啱啱好,唔會感到乾,蜜糖嗰陣香甜撲鼻真係勁!再講到醬燒排骨,那種肉嫩得可以拉絲嘅感覺,肉質好林,每一啖都令人回味無窮。香辣龍蝦意粉就更加唔使多說,那股辣香拌埋龍蝦嘅鮮美,仲可以食到啲辣味,簡直係正中下懷。而啲甜品,就更加唔使講,即焗牛油軟曲奇外脆內軟,再配啲冰凍雪糕,呢個組合堪稱天作之合。最後,心形慕絲外層啲朱古力夠香濃,入面啲慕絲酸酸地,一啖嘅完美平衡,完全就係甜蜜滋味嘅代表。食完成餐,心情都似乎明朗起來,下次再去一定要再試過!🍰💓🌿
