To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 沙律都好多選擇,但係這間餐廳就非常特別啦,因為選材新鮮,甚至有自己耕種的小菜小量供應,而採用了一d中式香料的做法,讓沙律增添了特殊的口感、氣味組合,反而不會覺得唔搭。特別介紹黑芝麻小茴香南瓜,黑芝麻小茴香一般用在中式燒烤非常多,但加在南瓜當中,南瓜本身的香甜軟綿更被帶出,味蕾享受多重滋味,一開始係小茴香首當其衝,異常特別,黑芝麻緊接其後,最後前面的兩種香料帶出了南瓜的香甜,回味無窮。清新的設計風格亦讓人感覺舒適,會繼續幫襯啊。一盒雖然睇落細細,但慢慢咀嚼需要45分鐘,美味之餘而且非常有飽足感。
