To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次在對面米線店出席過活動後, 回程時得知這兒是有間茶木, 剛好早幾天要往UNY購物, 晚餐便留在這裏。香煎沙朗肉燥飯  $65白飯上是香而不膩的肉燥, 瘦肉多所以汁身未夠滑, 不過送來的量是可算多, 好送飯；沙朗牛排的肉是頗腍身, 裁成細細三塊方便吃。酥脆大花枝  $60這個是真的好好吃, 花枝肉厚而咀嚼時不太覺得韌, 炸過後是香香酥酥的, 連九層塔一起吃也好夠味。味道 3.5環境 3.5服務 3衛生 4抵食 3
