To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千両生日盛宴2020前菜：牛蒡醬油漬+芝麻豆腐牛蒡一般、沒有什麼特別，但醬油太多和深色。豆腐有豆味、一層層，但份量較小，芝麻醬汁不錯。小食：燒魔鬼魚翅+味醂魚乾好惹味、送酒一流，但兩碟拼埋一碟上菜時份量好少。刺身兩點：甜蝦+珍寶帶子鮮甜特上壽司拼盤：大吞拿魚腩、墨魚、白鳥貝、原條海鰻、炙燒左口魚裙邊、海膽、鮟康魚肝、三文魚籽鮮甜、托羅肥美，海膽美味一品料理：焗柚子味噌日本蠔、麵豉蘿蔔煮牛舌、汁煮鮑魚、板燒鵝肝牛柳、千両海鮮燉蛋鮑魚不錯，燉蛋香滑甜品：上林春松抹茶卷蛋最差這個，簡直是難食飲品：梅子青檸梳打梅子味濃
