To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早餐一份炒蛋加麥皮,再加英式多士,連奶茶共:$16.5。呢度好在D麥皮本身無加糖,要自己加,自己鍾意幾多就加幾多。英式多士又不太大件,自己喜歡塗幾多牛油就幾多牛油,又可以將D炒蛋放上去自製「炒蛋多」(又可以加我至愛O既胡椒添),真係完全‘自助式’,任意自己鍾意點食就點食。正!
