一早得知有一間可以自己DIY整章魚小丸子,今晚行過灣仔的「大阪李朝園」,又不需要等位,見友人都好有興趣,所以與她同時一齊食章魚小丸子。店中的牆上有海報教整八爪魚丸,不過店員都會協助客人去整八爪魚丸。店中的裝潢帶些和風特式,大約40幾個座位,乾淨企理都讓人感到舒適。開始食章魚丸前,我們先吃一個餐前小食,我選擇了螢光魷魚干($48),鹹鹹地又脆口,好似食緊魷魚乾般,都幾好吃又香口惹味。店員會準備製作八爪魚丸的工具及配料,晚市時段DIY章魚小丸子($128),自己親自動手DIY去燒八爪魚丸真係好好玩又過癮。配料方面有洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、泡菜及章魚粒,先掃上少少油在鐵板上,油份開始滾之後可以倒入麵糊,大約7至8成滿,之後跟隨個人喜好再加入一些配料,麵糊成形後再翻至90度,再倒多些少麵糊,待成型後再翻另一面再燒,小丸子外面已經開始熟,再把章魚小丸子燒多一會,將燒好的章魚小丸子放在碟上,圓渾的章魚小丸子外層呈黃金色澤,真是好美,倒入日式醬汁及再塗上沙拉醬,再灑上紫菜粉和木魚,完美的作品真是讓人滿足。但咬落都外脆內軟,內有粒粒爽口彈牙的章魚粒,仲有辛辣泡菜、洋蔥及紅蘿蔔粒,有少許香辣還有清爽的洋蔥,
