來到Steak bar,緊係要食下最出名的吉列牛。日式的食法,有明火石爐將半熟的吉列牛慢慢煎熟,外表有吉列脆口,非常有口感,而中間和牛可按照自己喜愛的呈度,掌控生熟的口感。而且一邊燒,一邊聽著燒牛肉的聲音,非常治癒呀。而安格斯西冷牛扒當然亦要一試,7成熟的牛肉相當有肉香味,外表有微微香烤的感覺,香氣十足,而肉身亦保存粉嫩嫩口的感覺,加上少少鹽花去品嚐,絕對是一流的享受。而每個餐都有沙律同豆腐,可以中和口腔的油膩感。
