To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前晚訂了位跟屋企人夜晚去喜滿樓食飯。首先講下個餐廳環境，樓上大廳都干淨的，唔似一般茶記或酒樓咁亂，再講下食物，小菜款式多味道唔錯，尤其是新加坡酸辣炒蟹，非常惹味，酸甜帶辣，非常特別。加上洋蔥和疍花配料煮得香口惹味，味道值比高分，不用去到新加坡食了。鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉，用既汁濃，咬落肉質豐滿，口感足。芝麻雞皮很脆，蜜椒鱔球食落似燒鰻魚，脆卜卜。埋單2百蚊內落到樓，而個價錢同埋食品都可以成到正比，值得我地下次都再黎試下其他菜式。
