To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於趁假期可以來試傳說中既華星冰室一直對炒蛋情有獨鍾亦偏愛黑松露既香味兩樣加埋一齊梗係要試下中午11點到鋪頭門口已經排曬長龍好彩我一個人食所以唔使等都有位凈係涯左黑松露炒蛋多士大概等7-8分鐘就上到來炒蛋好滑應該係落左唔少牛奶入口即化 真係令人念念不忘不過黑松露既香味無想像中咁濃郁塊多士兩面烘底 睇得出好用心齋食炒蛋就偏鹹 所以一定要連同多士一齊食落去就岩岩好啦一個人食曬已經好飽 如果兩個人可以試多樣嘢啦

炒蛋好滑
應該係落左唔少牛奶
入口即化 真係令人念念不忘
不過黑松露既香味無想像中咁濃郁
塊多士兩面烘底 睇得出好用心
齋食炒蛋就偏鹹 所以一定要連同多士一齊食落去就岩岩好啦
一個人食曬已經好飽 如果兩個人可以試多樣嘢啦
