To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同老公嚟咗哩度嘆下午茶,我叫咗貢丸麻酸辣湯米線配冰檸茶,老公就叫咗霸王雞飯配足料碗仔翅配凍齋啡。霸王雞飯唔使講,一直都係我同老公嘅至愛,佢個甜豉油香蔥真係無得彈!雞肉即使係雞胸位都唔會榎歰歰,雞皮彈牙,飯軟硬度適中。碗仔翅都好食,堅係足料,加咗麻油同紅醋真係畫龍點睛反而今日嘅米線就差少少,米線其實煮得剛剛好,貢丸都香口,但成碗米線嘅精髓——湯底,就唔夠味,辣味唔夠香濃,而豆卜就好硬唔入味,以致整體感覺麻麻。百份百嘅檸檬茶一向新鮮,檸檬連皮攪碎,唔使自己篤檸檬。老公話杯齋啡麻麻哋,太甜。
