To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個星期內第四次食米線 (嚴格黎講上一次係米粉)、寫第三篇米線食評，都仲未厭😛 今晚好夜先收工，攰到得番條人乾，決定番馬鞍山喺屋企附近食💀上一次黎係正常晚飯時間，坐滿人；今晚咁夜就有一半空檯。鍾意食酸菜既我當然嗌左酸辣炸醬辣腩肉桂林通心米線 $36，柴可夫司機熊生嗌左套餐酸辣粉皮配乾撈炸醬桂林通心粉 $60酸辣炸醬辣腩肉桂林通心米線 - 配料有腐竹、韮菜、酸菜。肉醬好好食，半肥瘦既肉碎入面已經有小小辣椒；腩肉有啲鞋，不過我一向都唔好腩肉，比左好多對面嗰位💁🏻 酸菜係雪菜整成，唔係譚仔嗰啲隻芥菜。我鍾意一啖夾齊米線、蔥、酸菜、肉碎、湯，好食呀🤤 通心米線亦會令人易啲飲到湯，條條麵入面都係湯。不過米線偏淋，煮短啲時間就perfect池。酸辣粉皮 - 撈埋青瓜絲同肉片，口感同米線係兩個極端 - 好!韌! 點解世界上會有咁韌既粉皮😂應該收舖都未趙完😂 我試左一條就放棄，雖然個味唔錯，係咪正宗就係咁？乾撈炸醬桂林通心粉 - 配料有炸醬、酸菜、花生、時菜。冇試過唔評論，熊生話覺得湯麵好食啲，同埋個豆瓣醬好正喎。喺屋企附近咁方便，又幾抵食，會繼續幫襯佢個肉醬酸菜米線😚 不過記住唔好著白色衫🙅🏻
