同媽媽撐枱腳要食返啲正氣嘢,滬菜就啱哂佢口味喇。今晚嚟個proper dinner,叫哂頭盤、主菜、麵食、甜品!四小拼$98,有鎮江肴肉、烤夫、黑醋排骨同脆鱔。平常出面食好多高級滬菜餐廳整嘅脆鱔好多都係又幼身又硬,今次呢個係水準之上,鱔肉本身夠粗,炸得鬆脆,是個開胃小食。如黑醋排骨熱葷的話效果應會更好。肴肉和烤夫味道一般。煙燻小黃魚$43,很有特色,魚肉保持鮮嫩,魚皮不乾仍富彈性,入口有香濃嘅煙燻味,讚!嫩雞煨面$52,是媽媽常點嘅菜式,味道有保證,湯底不咸不膩,滿滿一碗全都是小棠菜和雞肉顆粒。自家製豆漿$15,有很香黃豆味,不算過甜。宮廷芝麻餅$38,即炸金黃色嘅外皮好吸引,咬落鬆軟,芝麻香同炒過嘅肉碎餡料味道很夾,外皮厚度和餡料份量嘅比例恰當,推薦這菜色最後以薑茶湯丸$32作結,估唔到薑茶勁味十足,芝麻湯丸煮得夠淋夠煙韌食過上海婆婆多次,都仍然覺得廚房弄嘅熱葷菜式比冷盤好,或許是除了大路嘅醉雞同雞絲粉皮外,較少食客點其他冷盤吧。主力推介包點、麵食和主菜,價錢相宜,味道又有質素保證!
