To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇完戲諗住6點前食，會容易攞位，但估唔到5點都半滿。叫左兩個飯，加$38可有定食既湯，沙律，唐揚炸雞。滑蛋炸豬扒飯，豬扒鬆脆，肉都算嫩，最鐘意滑蛋夠多，送到晒d飯。三文魚石鍋飯，新野，好熱既石鍋，上檯已feel 到不得了的熱，一定要小心食，因為熱，好快就有飯焦，如同我一樣不喜歡硬飯，一定要快拌勻。三文魚蓉雖然碎晒，但份量好多，加埋紫菜碎同蔥粒，配埋調製過的甜豉油醬汁，唔咸，幾好味。唐揚炸雞有2件，樣貌不太吸引，但估唔到都鬆脆，雞仲有點juicy感，好味。原來睇戲，憑票可甜品，飲品，買一送一，但完全睇唔到宣傳單張，係隔離檯叫先知，士多啤梨芭菲， $40， 仲買一送一，都幾抵，中層有大大粒爆谷。
