To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥真係有種魔力一個禮拜至少要食一次先止到個心癮！今晚我呢個頭號粉絲又來啦！叫左我最愛的“雞肉勿丸麻辣扭紋薯粉(小辣)！frd子唔係好食得辣（訓練左咁多都未操到5小辣）叫左佢既至愛”貢丸腐皮糊辣湯底‘’另外是每餐必備⋯⋯大土匪！譚仔三哥咁耐以來一直都能夠保持水準我個勿丸甜甜的又彈牙，好食過好多粉麵舖！湯底更不在話下，麻辣味令你愈食愈想食，少少麻少少痺，好過癮～芽菜雖然只係配料，但夠甜夠爽！响麻辣湯底下更顯清新。Frd就話個糊辣無以前咁辣，我就話係佢叻左比以前食得辣 （哈哈但要繼續向更辣進發囉）佢話貢丸一樣甘好食，腐皮索左湯底味，所以好香好食！食左一陣，大土匪上場！即叫即做，所以要等10分鐘左右（次次食到呢個moment冇乜送姐姐就送到）熱辣辣，個皮脆卜卜，入面又滑有肉汁不過一定要趁熱食，凍左就無甘脆嚕～

我個勿丸甜甜的又彈牙，好食過好多粉麵舖！
