To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

等了半年，終於食到大蕃薯啦！這間雖然是西餐，但價格合理，而且味道也不錯。煎雞排伴甘薯蘋果沙律這個雞排很軟很滑，好似用了蜜糖來烤。至於沙律有入口即溶的薯仔，脆脆的蘋果，同沙律醬很配合，不會太甜太流。蕃薯西多士這個不愧是每個人都推薦的食物，厚厚的兩塊多士，外脆內軟，薯蓉夾心，加上甜甜的蜜糖，真的十分十分好味！！(p.s 西多士本身已經夠甜，大家可以按自己喜好加蜜糖。)除了食物外，環境結構也很好，有西式餐廳的氣氛，但也不失平民化的氣氛。當然，這間還有好多蕃薯食品都很好味，大家也不妨試試。
