To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間海南雞飯一直人氣高企，另一間分店喺紅磡長期排隊🫣每日嘅海南雞飯同埋椰子雞湯都係賣完即止，當日三點幾打去餐廳詢問，椰子雞湯已經賣完，注定同椰子雞湯無緣😩但難得去到上環一帶，都想試吓佢嘅海南雞飯😌餐廳環境四正，尚算乾淨，樓面姐姐服務態度都幾好😜我哋點咗兩碟招牌去骨泰式海南雞飯，一個白飯另一個油飯🌟🐔招牌去骨泰式海南雞飯 (白飯/ 油飯) $66 因為有點肚餓嘅關係，所以都叫咗多飯，唔使加錢🤭 由於呢間係食泰式海南雞飯，所以醬汁同一般海南雞飯不同，只有一個醬汁，醬汁味道酸酸的，非常開胃🙌🏻雞件大部份都是雞胸位置，出奇地非常嫩滑，都幾juicy，如果大家想食全脾，就要另加$10💥 加埋醬汁送飯，好快就吃光光了😜 好好食！會回頭😝另外，餐牌上也有2人餐嘅選擇，有半隻雞， 小食，湯和飯，都幾抵食，如果大家想食多啲，不妨考慮一下✨
