女兒知我喜歡食片皮鴨,今日帶咗我去佢公司附近嗰間鴨大哥食晚餐,餐廳裝修雅緻,環境光猛寬落,座位舒適,主打的北京烤鴨,由米芝蓮名廚「廚魔」梁經倫主理。北京烤鴨半隻:廚師以乾式熟成方法處理鴨肉,讓鴨的脂肪滲透至肌肉內,令肉質變得柔軟、提升肉味,同時減少油膩感,再配合慢煮的方法,令鴨皮鬆脆、鴨肉又嫩又有肉汁,用薄餅夾埋配料,再加上烤鴨醬食,無論口感和味道都超正!雲南黑土豬叉燒:叉燒沾滿蜜汁色澤鮮明,肉質軟嫩帶甜味!桂花雪梨脆鱔球:上枱擺設精美,鱔球厚肉彈牙,外層脆口,沾滿有桂花香味嘅醬汁,又香又惹味。
