一向好鍾意食生牛肉越南河,如果要食又平又好味既越南河,我通常會去大叻。今日Lunch咁岩去中環做野,就去左Pho Bar 食生牛肉粉。呢間雖然貴,但貴得有道理,我叫左「生熟美國頂級牛肉配金邊粉」真係見到仲係紅色既牛肉,薄片既牛肉好有牛味,金邊粉彈牙有米香味,湯底望落去好似好濃但其實唔係,飲落清甜,唔覺意就會飲哂d湯。讚!👍🏻另外上試左「炸春卷」,外面係炸得幾香脆,中間包住一隻蝦,但就唔係好食到蝦味,好在佢有個幾惹味既明太子醬俾你點,如果唔係其實唔係好知食左咩落肚。另外仲點左「秘製雞翼」,雞翼係單骨,醬汁幾特別,帶微辣,非常惹味。👍🏻正如其名" Pho Bar", 所有都係high table 同 high chair, 我同同事一行三人坐最入既檯,但張櫈坐得唔舒服,如果佢可以換d有椅背既高櫈會好d.
