轉左新工之後都無咩同舊同事聯絡,咁啱係中秋節時收到暖心嘅祝福咁就順勢相約出黎聚下舊食餐飯。雖然位處尖沙咀但餐廳屬於樓上鋪,旺中帶靜。幾適合同朋友黎食飯傾偈或者情侶撐枱腳。因為大家第二日都要返工,所以就唔飲酒了揀左兩杯SMOOTHIE。菠蘿味沙冰打得好幼滑味道清新,酸甜味恰到好處,對之後食嘅小食起到解膩作用。BUTTERFLY FLOWER即係蝶豆花,同啤梨汁混和之後慢慢由藍變紫,簡單嘅酸鹼變化除左影相靚之外,亦令人感到十分治癒。單骨雞翼入味之餘,孜然香料亦足加上入口焦脆內裡仲保持嫰滑,十分惹味。炸魷魚比想像中輕盈,薄薄嘅面衣無乜油酥味。魷魚有咬口之餘,配上蒜香濃郁嘅蛋黃醬一啖一件,食多幾粒都唔覺飽滯。和牛用上車打芝士片同燒汁紅酒醋配搭,加上火箭菜墊底,分量十足。和牛熟成度啱啱好,肉質軟嫰。配上芝士片同食,咸香味道更帶出牛肉嘅濃郁。一上枱已經俾佢鮮艷嘅橙色配黑色所吸引。意粉上面兩大片海膽入口綿滑甘甜,CREAMY口感充斥口腔之中。三文魚籽嘅咸鮮味在當中調和,令海膽汁嘅鮮味更上一層樓。墨汁意粉煮得軟硬適中帶煙韌,仔細咀嚼所散發出淡淡嘅墨汁香味令海膽三文魚籽呢三樣食材嘅組合更覺香濃。蘋果金寶
