小弟有位大學師姐前年畢業之後,今年終於考到魚翅公司嘅空姐啦,為咗同佢慶祝,我特登帶佢去尖沙咀食番餐好嘅!呢間餐廳位於尖沙嘴厚福街H8 12樓,叫Bel Cibo,係一間fusion西餐廳。我哋食咗個是日二人晚餐,頭盤有三個,第一個係鮮果釀酥盒伴煙三文魚花配香芒汁。個酥盒好脆,上面生果又多,煙三文魚又新鮮,配埋個芒果汁,好夾好fresh!第二個頭盤係香煎法國鵝肝伴焦糖菠蘿,鵝肝脆口配埋個焦糖菠蘿,食落唔會好膩。第三個頭盤好犀利呀,係秘製鮮凍鮑魚,鮑魚唔韌又鮮甜,真係我食過最好食嘅鮑魚呀!是日餐湯:忌廉海鮮湯食完頭盤就到主食啦,呢個主食都唔少野㗎,係海膽黑松露野菌意大利飯。意大利飯上面d海膽又多又大又新鮮,好吸引;加上個意大利飯又整到啱啱好,真係令我好難忘!主菜呢就可以四揀二,有美國安格斯肉眼扒、美國有骨豬鞍扒、刁草烤焗挪威鮮三文魚柳同香煎銀鱈魚柳。我哋就分別叫咗肉眼扒同銀鱈魚柳,肉眼扒又大塊,又唔韌,配埋岩鹽同燒汁,一流!銀鱈魚柳而家好高級㗎,好少地方有得食,而呢度呢就大大件,好足料,配埋特製醬汁,大家一定要試下!是日甜品~今次好滿足呀!
