To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨日跟家人去朗屏稻香吃飯,叫了長腳蟹跟魚,咕嚕肉還是其他小菜,味道不錯,長腳蟹跟又大又鮮,魚蒸到剛剛好,不會太咸,價錢也合理,不會太貴。服務態度也不錯,剛下的單,沒過一會也很快送到,送餐時也有禮貌笑容,我不常來這邊吃飯,跟家人也是第二次剛好來這邊吃,本來聽說這邊食物普普通通,但家人說想試就陪他們去,沒想到味道沒想像中差,下次有機會還會再來這家吃,希望看看之後有什麼新東西,到時候跟朋友或家人過來嘗嘗。
