To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得有晚市堂食，我與朋友到了Luca 諗住環境有啲「旅行」feel ，坐左outdoor 位置，最後好後悔。。。點了bbq chicken pizza, 串燒，魷魚，如果問我邊樣好食😅我都講唔岀。三樣感覺都好乾, 無大口大口食。去到九點幾，我哋變左包場，餐廳好環保，熄左幾支燈，再營造一個暗啲嘅環境俾我哋😅😅😅我哋都預左打包未食完的食物，但無諗過。。。咁嘅環境「召喚」左曱甴🪳岀嚟食pizza 🥺我人生最怕的生物。。。搞到我大嗌同彈起身 ！隔咗2分鐘我先搵到店員，佢挺身而出殺曱甴！我印象中佢嘅說話係「死咗啦」，「食物嘢仲要唔要」、「一係買埋單」。。。。係！無道歉😒不過我地已經無胃口，都唔想再坐返係度🥺算吧啦～我今日嗱嗱臨趁我記得，寫返個食評😏提下大家小心😝不過有一樣嘢要讚，我地一坐低係outdoor , 侍應係俾支蚊怕水我哋，又有蚊香！其實係細心的☺️可能下次要多指「殺牠死」🤨
