To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這天星期六，大概1點左右到這家譚仔三哥吃米線。因為跟另外一個朋友都喜歡吃譚仔米線，而這家三哥又有我挺喜歡的胡辣湯底，就毫不猶豫的上去了。可能星期六，人不多，直接入座。 當時全場大概也剛剛好一半滿。 我叫的是 雞肉胡辣小辣 少米線（餐單上好像沒寫可以少米線，不過是可以的，還可以減一塊的）朋友叫了 雞肉清湯米線。加了一份大土匪雞翼。胡辣很香，不過一開始的時候有點嗆喉，要吃小口一點。 雞肉也挺多的，不過有部分連在一起了，吃起來有點不方便。土匪雞翼外皮不算脆，不過勝在夠味，肉夠嫩
