當晚同一班朋友用餐,眼見全場都只有我地呢檯叫蒸海鮮,心諗質素唔知好唔好。海鮮開始送黎,有龍蝦,蜆、鮑魚、蝦、雞、另外因為呢個係四人餐既關係,所以額外添加多個馬拉糕同埋聖子。開始逐樣逐樣蒸,最深刻印象就係個龍蝦同埋蟶子,鮑魚就韌咗啲,好難切開嚟食。整體海鮮都好新鮮,係蜆嗰度有幾粒仔蒸完兩轉都係唔開口,就要求侍應更換,餐廳都好好,肯更換俾我哋。全場侍應係唔夠人手,所以初初有個侍應好好,話肯幫我哋蒸海鮮,但係最後都冇再返嚟幫我哋,但係我哋都明白嘅。到最後,食最精華嘅粥底。由生米開始煮到尾,有江瑤柱粒同埋好似淮山碎嘅嘢。所以個粥底係非常非常之鮮甜好味,每人都分到3碗。
全場侍應係唔夠人手,所以初初有個侍應好好,話肯幫我哋蒸海鮮,但係最後都冇再返嚟幫我哋,但係我哋都明白嘅。
到最後,食最精華嘅粥底。由生米開始煮到尾,有江瑤柱粒同埋好似淮山碎嘅嘢。所以個粥底係非常非常之鮮甜好味,每人都分到3碗。
