休假想去海港喝茶,沒想到已換名,旺角區域現在沒幾家傳統酒樓了,之前老是雅蘭中心稻香,不過服務態度真的嚇我一跳,不敢再去,食物上來時是凍的,看到好多人就試一下吧,服務員安排搭臺,看全場都是搭無所謂了,嘩啦啦就點了6款點心,上菜好快,味道不錯~每款菜品上桌都是熱乎乎的,點過贊有驚喜,其中鮑汁雞腳味道調配非常好,火候掌控得非常好,有嚼勁吃起來不費牙緊,很和我愛惜牙齒之人,還有蒸魚暈,頂上面竟然用酸薑蓋上,一點都不腥魚暈好新鮮,味道調配非常好!時日消費才220元!又找到一個喝茶好地方了,提醒一下,這家店洗手間的衛生真的要改善改善

當晚同一班朋友用餐,眼見全場都只有我地呢檯叫蒸海鮮,心諗質素唔知好唔好。海鮮開始送黎,有龍蝦,蜆、鮑魚、蝦、雞、另外因為呢個係四人餐既關係,所以額外添加多個馬拉糕同埋聖子。開始逐樣逐樣蒸,最深刻印象就係個龍蝦同埋蟶子,鮑魚就韌咗啲,好難切開嚟食。整體海鮮都好新鮮,係蜆嗰度有幾粒仔蒸完兩轉都係唔開口,就要求侍應更換,餐廳都好好,肯更換俾我哋。全場侍應係唔夠人手,所以初初有個侍應好好,話肯幫我哋蒸海鮮,但係最後都冇再返嚟幫我哋,但係我哋都明白嘅。到最後,食最精華嘅粥底。由生米開始煮到尾,有江瑤柱粒同埋好似淮山碎嘅嘢。所以個粥底係非常非常之鮮甜好味,每人都分到3碗。

啲南非鮑好大隻,處理得相當乾淨,蒸佢4分鐘就食得。一人一大隻,夾住豪食,食得爽,雖然無話配果皮蒸咁花巧,但原味就食得出其鮑味不俗,口感柔韌富彈力; 順帶一提,出面有個醬料區,可以自行「混醬」,沾上少少辣椒豉油,鮑魚嘅鮮味更突出。

海蝦有段小插曲,初時嚟咗8隻,即喺每人分得兩隻,但餐牌標示有半斤,轉頭補番一大碟嚟。啲蝦好生猛,送到嚟有啲仲「紮紮跳」,清蒸後,沾上豉油,好鮮味,口感又爽彈,再者,唔喺蝦毛細細隻,每隻都幾大吓,好好肉。

整體來講,中菜嘅水準不錯,好有鑊氣上碟嘅時候仲係熱辣辣,食材新鮮,原汁原味,價錢合理;服務態度都幾良好,因為始終係假期比較多人,職員雖然忙於執枱傳菜,但亦會主動收拾枱面同更換碗碟;環境比較嘈吵,枱與枱之間空間比較貼,冷氣開得太大,飲咗好多杯熱茶都仲係好凍,所以啲餸菜同茶都好快攤凍😂

今日食中秋節飯,家人已訂了18:00-20:30準時到達,見到有套餐和散叫,我們最後決定散叫再加白飯,結帳不用千八都幾抵食,始終在中秋時間價錢感覺都高了少許。味道一半半好味,整體都可以,坐得舒服不過待應比較少。 半隻雞豉油同炸雞份量感覺比較細隻,不過味道不錯,口感就一般起碼不鞋身,食叫了口水雞不好吃又不辣,豬手粒反而可以不用咬骨幾方便。咕嚕肉好味豬肉味夠醬汁似士多啤梨汁幾酸又不會太杰身,海蝦伊麵蝦口感正常,麵質比較淋身。涼瓜牛肉的涼瓜幾好但牛肉好碎又冇口感,乳鴿豉油皇不錯,如咸度減少點更好。炸豆腐好味差不多每人都滿意。小炒皇料不夠。
