事緣好耐無食拉麵;所以特登一個人走去食拉麵。餐廳餐廳燈光好柔和,枱同埋櫈都係用木造。餐牌餐牌有顯示哂咁多款拉麵。亦都講到明有邊款拉麵係辣,同埋每款拉麵嘅材料有啲乜嘢。如果唔夠仲有追加食物。餐具調味架有赤豚專用芝士粉, 昆布醋、芝麻。食物-赤豚在我而言,呢間餐廳用料都幾特別:因為佢用嘅係肩胛肉而唔係叉燒。另外佢用嘅湯底係蕃茄豬骨湯底。上呢碗拉麵時好熱,望下個湯顏色係橙紅色。麵上面放咗京蔥、蕃茄蓉,蕃茄蓉加左一啲肉碎,令到蕃茄蓉個口感更實在。飲落先有蕃茄嘅甜味,之後就慢慢滲出個辣味。個湯唔漏。然後加芝士粉:芝士同蕃茄湯混埋,令湯底更濃郁,。平時食嘅肉係叉燒,會比較柔軟:食呢個肩胛肉好爽口雞蛋就係熟蛋:但熟蛋嘅火喉剛剛好。仲有少少蛋汁。食落去好滑,有好濃蛋香味 。雞蛋外層似浸過醬汁嘅顏色。麵條偏向幼身,食落去好爽口而且好彈牙
