大約5至六成熟的黑毛豬鞍表面煎香將肉汁鎖住,切開可見中心部分仍然呈粉紅色,肉質軟綿帶一點脂肪所以不會過分結實,簡單以鹽、胡椒調味令天然肉香更突出,吃第二口時澆上磨菇燒汁又變成另一種風味。

燒烤過的蝦總有股香氣,遠遠還沒上桌已經聞到了 XD 巨型虎蝦啖啖肉,肉質彈牙很有飽足感。墊在虎蝦底部的薯菜吸滿了蒜蓉、牛油與虎蝦精華,味道香濃。

一邊聽著輕音樂,一邊細嚐美食,在享受著共聚的時光同時再一點甜吧。

新鮮出爐仍然滾燙的蘋果金寶面層是香脆碎碎,裡面是軟糯香甜的蘋果肉,濃濃的肉桂香加上水果酸甜氣息本來就是絕配,再吃一口鮮果加冰涼沁心的雲呢拿雪糕,這晚終於完滿了。

美食加上浪漫古典裝潢,作為紀念日的約會之地必定滿分!
