又到月尾,朋友約食飯,想食經濟實惠嘅居酒屋,不期然諗起佢。秋冬季又係鍋物出場時間,兩個鍋鍋價錢吸引,下次天氣凍D可以叫。呢度嘅蟹籽沙律 ($60/細)可算係名物,份量超大,用黎打咭無難度。大量爽口青瓜絲,加上生菜絲,蟹籽及蟹柳,側邊唧上沙律醬圍邊。入口有清爽感覺,蟹籽係口中嘅爆脆感,就係要呢種口感。心血來潮想食土佐豆腐,呢客青唐辛子豆腐唐揚煮 ($55)變做”愛的替身”。汁煮豆腐,醬汁味道比較溫和D,加埋小青椒及紫菜碎,好易入口。炸物中想食墨魚咀唐揚 ($60),送上沙律醬伴食。一啖一舊趁熱食,帶點嚼口,佐酒/凍飲岩晒。友人就點咗大盛魚生丼 ($198),擺盤吸引。刺身類包括三文魚,吞拿魚,八爪魚,帶子,牡丹蝦,三文魚子及海膽。除咗八爪魚,其餘都係厚切,全部食材差唔多舖滿遮住咗下面個飯。見到三文魚子及海膽,忍唔住黎個自製鮮上加鮮”丼”,”哦意絲……..”呢客大蝦野菜天婦羅 ($78),有3隻蝦再拼茄子,蕃薯,南瓜,青椒仔等,超抵食。炸漿唔厚,唔會食到一口粉都未食到食材,蝦肉幾彈牙。有天婦羅,最好就梗係要埋稻庭烏冬 ($62),一熱一凍,滑嘟嘟口感,自製黃金組合。食緊之際,侍應送上呢客麻
