👉卡邦尼味夠濃,但唔會太咸;貝殼粉軟硬適中(配料有蘑菇同煙肉);鱈魚略嫌煎得多左少少,令魚某部分乾左d,但整體肉質仍然係嫩既; 伴碟配菜有豆角、青瓜、蕃茄仔,聽經理講係因為呢間餐廳既客路主要係小朋友,所以食材方便會比較著重健康,以蔬菜為主要配料👍 (都岩我口味呀😂我都係大左小小既小朋友~)

👉上枱時好夠鑊氣!開頭望落以為會鞋,但朋友話食落唔鞋同無筋,亦煮到岩岩好7成熟好合佢心意。經理話一見客人食牛排都會走去解釋下-->普遍餐廳會拍淋塊排,同埋yip到塊排有味。但佢地就會堅持塊排一切落嚟就拎去煮,保持原汁原味,係西方煮法。食慣中式煮法既就會覺得佢地既排比下去。
