Restaurant: 復興粥麵專家
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港傳統粥麵店近年買少見少，執一間就少一間🥲呢間位於荔景既復興粥麵小店全港只此一家，並無分店。今次我叫左牛腩炸魚角河粉，牛腩呈半肥瘦，充滿牛香味又唔會好un👍🏻，炸魚角好彈牙，有新鮮魚肉味😋，絕非超市x寶買到既貨色；河粉幼滑，湯底清甜，個人喜好加點醋更佳😃P.S 之前食過雲吞麵都好足料，粥都煮得好綿，下次有機會黎會再食😉呢間應該算係荔景數一數二好食既餐廳😆（注意荔景本身無乜餐廳😅😅😅）
