紅磡舊區的咖啡店愈來愈多, 在同一條街道上除了之前介紹過的鳥山。商號之外, 也有這家開張不久的Laffee, 裝橫光鮮, 同樣的淺色木系裝修, 更有不少乾花擺設, 看起來也算舒服. 與之前介紹的主打台灣小食的風格有點不同, 這裏以洋風輕為主, 像是我所吃的蒜香白酒蝦意粉, 看起來不錯, 味道就一般! 要稱讚的是意粉口感還算爽, 當然未到al dente的程度, 但就算有如此多汁醬和出水的蔬菜, 依然能乾爽, 不會黏成一團, 甚為難得. 要批評的地方也不少, 像是蝦肉的鮮度不足, 酒香比蒜香蓋過, 黑椒下手有點重等等. 份量以Cafe來說OK, 當然就不多句填飽我肚子就是.再加點了抹茶蛋卷作甜品, 內裡是抹茶忌廉和蕨餅, 吃起來口感層次次複雜, 特別要讚一下蕨餅的煙韌和甘香, 茶香夠濃. 外面蛋糕口感濕潤, 當然外觀上不同層次的綠色也夠養眼, 唯一要批評的是中間的忌廉層過於輕盈, 但總括而言比主食更吸引就是. Laffee is a new cafe at Hong Hum. With the light color decoration and plenty of dry flowers, it looks relaxed for us to chat and work. The main dishes are Western in style. The garlic shrimp spaghetti is so so, with the texture of spaghetti is ok, the shrimp is not fresh enough and the sauce is not well balanced in flavor. The egg roll with matcha is much better in taste and flavor that you can have a try.
