To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們一行6人,好耐無試過咁多人坐埋一抬一齊食晚飯吹水,真的好開心🥳本人第一次食大中華,聽聞都幾出名食小菜。今晚分別叫咗5餸一湯;鐵板黑椒豬手- 好濃味、野味😋;炸墨魚餅 -好彈牙、有口咁,好味👍🏻;炸豬大腸&燒排骨 - 因本人不太喜歡食肥膏,所以唔太鍾意豬大腸,而排骨炸得太乾,麻麻地;南乳吊燒鱔 - 鱔夠脆而唔會太多粉但南乳醬本人自己就麻麻,所以唔加醬食都好味😋;豉椒抄鵝腸 - 這個超級濃味,成抬人食咗一、兩啖就無人食;通菜啫啫煲 - 好野味,本身應該最鐘意就係這個菜(但由於晚飯有限1個半鐘用餐,而這個菜就夠菜才上、所以不能慢慢品嘗😩,而湯就叫芥菜鹹蛋湯(第一次飲)都好濃味,幾特別都ok。整體而言:食物大部分都好重味,但就可以食到一些酒樓或西餐廳食唔到款式,同埋可以感受大排檔氣氛,喜歡重味的朋友不妨一試。而飲品不能在餐廳落單,要自行出門口購買,好唔方便,希望可以改善。由於係大排檔式,所以無服務可言,而價錢方便,一般唔算抵,亦唔算貴。
