To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從轉左工作地點 少去左油塘之後已經兩年無食今晚突然諗返起呢間齋舖 舊地重遊 一樣咁好食!最掛住係佢d甜酸齋 質感 甜酸度都係啱啱好齋鴨腎都好好食 夠甜 不過色澤好似無以為咁紅另外兩年後再食佢無左雙拼個選擇最少一定要叫三拼 所以叫多左個齋叉燒都唔錯 不過我都係中意甜酸齋多d今晚好肚餓 於是就叫多兩件點心叫左件蘿蔔糕同芋角 兩件都好好食蘿蔔糕因為係齋 無落臘肉所以第一啖會覺得無平時d蘿蔔糕咁香質地都偏硬但唔知點解愈食愈好食 可以encore芋角都係 第一印象覺得一般因為出面d脆脆無平時酒樓食果d咁多不過又係唔知點解愈食愈香 愈食愈好食我中意佢個餡 好足料有落d比d醬煮到入晒味既芋頭(?)總之就好好食由於我堂食 所以阿姐幫我翻熱但應該叮得唔夠耐 所以都只係少少暖如果熱d應該會再好食d我見佢d點心9蚊件 有個買4送1既優惠下次食試埋其他款先芋頭糕 白菜餃 芝麻卷 腐皮卷果d我都想試

齋鴨腎都好好食 夠甜

但唔知點解愈食愈好食 可以encore
