To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左土瓜灣食飯,見到對住有間舊式甜品店,就想心動動試,食左一半怕佢收工所以跑左去叫左外賣先。問返姐姐原來因為這候街多左食店所以營業時間都改為12點鐘。舊式小店加上膠牌寫字另有一番味道。食品好多都係紅牌寫仲有不同雜誌剪報,還有車仔面,牛什,魚蛋之類。姐姐話裡開左好多年啦,買少見少,叫我影下相,而我仲苦惱緊食咩糖水時,見到有芝麻糊(心諗會吾會又係粉,多次失望都難找手磨芝麻糊)。就係這時見到雜誌寫係手磨喎,咁二話不說就叫左外賣返去餐廳食。返到去朋友X2和我都食左,大家總結係堅手磨味道好味,但吾叫杰身芝麻糊,眼見到黑色有一點點的白色已覺得應該不錯(因為粉開只會黑色同好光亮杰身感覺),再加上嗅到芝麻香同米香己經令我好開心,口感還有少少芝麻和米係度,食完吾滯同吾會成口糊的粉,份量都多都係$15(外賣加$1),以真材實料黎講堅抵。同都多人外賣回家,所以吾好以為冇人坐代表吾好味道。
