講開食魚蛋粉,最鍾意就係食蔡潤記。不過佢的營業時間係賣晒就收工,所以平日要番工都好難去食到。唯有趁放假先有機會去食!一睇門面的裝修就係以前舊式的魚蛋粉鋪頭。舊式的裝潢,極老字號!每次去到必食牛筋魚蛋米,牛筋切到細細件,食落好淋,冇牙都食到呀!魚蛋彈牙,非常新鮮,魚味勁重,個湯底夠晒熱,又唔會太咸,食完唔會勁口渴,不過有冇落味精落碗湯到就唔知啦。還有炸魚皮,每次都唔會失望,魚皮脆得嚟很香囗,亦屬必食。
